The Right On Pointe team is fully certified within the Cvent platform. This was extremely useful when Aptean needed assistance sourcing a venue and planning their 2019 Education Summit. Right On Pointe was able to effectively utilize Cvent’s resources to submit RFP’s for multiple venues in the Indianapolis area and secure the best locations and price for the summit and a VIP customer dinner. This 300-person summit had 21 unique educational tracks that ran simultaneously and were broken down by sessions and specific Aptean product. The Right On Pointe team understood the importance of keeping the attendee sessions organized, along with managing the hotel rooming block. To this end, multiple custom Cvent reports were created and submitted weekly to ensure no detail was missed. Another major aspect of the event that was created and managed by Right On Pointe was the registration and event landing page. Since the team is Cvent Advanced Event Management certified, they were able to produce a quality first impression of the event to attendees within a tight deadline.
