Right On Pointe managed numerous aspects of the annual Aptean Users Conference, including the evening events. To kick off the four-day event, the conference began with a Welcome Reception. As the conference was located in ‘sunny’ Florida, the original plan included an outdoor reception at the JW Marriott Orlando’s Valencia Terrace. Unfortunately, due to inclement weather, the reception was forced indoors mere hours prior to the start. Right On Pointe seamlessly executed the change in location by collaborating with the hotel staff and DMC personnel to manage the logistics and effectively communicated the new location to the attendees. Over the course of three hours, attendees gathered to mingle and build excitement for the upcoming days of networking and learning.
