Going into our fourth year partnering with Omnitracs for their annual user conference held in Nashville, we assisted with securing the Monday night off-site event at the brand new FGL House on 3rd Avenue and Broadway. This was the very first event to be held in this brand new venue in downtown Nashville. 

 

Right On Pointe managed and coordinated the event, working closely with a DMC. We began by creating a custom step and repeat, with a denim carpet, for guests to take pictures before entering the venue. We worked through each level of the venue to enhance the existing environment. The rooftop bar and DJ allowed guests to listen to music, have a cocktail, and enjoy the open-air while taking in the Nashville skyline and the iconic Broadway Street. On the main floor, a 5-piece country band covered the best country hits, while attendees line danced and sang along. The basement featured a 90s vibe with deep red lighting, where guests could mingle and network. With each level offering a completely different mood, guests could enjoy all or stay in the one that fit them best.
