Lanyon hired Right On Pointe to design a First-of-its-Kind User Conference in Dallas, September 2015. Lanyon wanted to hold a user event near its headquarters, designed to introduce customers to the employees who support them. There are few audiences harder to impress than event planners and they knew going in, they had to set the bar high. Right on Pointe was recommended by sister company Omnitracs after their successful launch event.
With just four months to plan, the Right On Pointe team helped create a strategy for Lanyon Live and then the tactical plan, timing, production and sequence of everything needed to deliver the event. Knowing the target audience well, Right On Pointe secured female entrepreneur, Lori Grenier, of Shark Tank as the keynote speaker. Right On Pointe also played an integral role in helping to design outstanding educational and networking opportunities throughout the conference for an extremely discerning audience, event planner.
